What I know:

In 2005, I successfully completed a two year+ rigorous Multimedia program. My intention was not to create a webdesign business but to use the power of the internet to educate.  After my first year as a small (micro) business owner, most of my foundation funds had been gobbled up paying a designer to work with me on my site which I'd already placed online.  What I didn't know until I had invested to the point of no return, and he admitted later when he told me that he was charging me less than his normal rate, was that what I was doing was also new to him and, in fact, he was learning on the job. Needless to say, I've learned a great deal since then and devoted myself to assisting others - no matter what their area of interest - to get online without this much grief and expense.

So, I sincerely recognize that budgets are tight and time is of the essence and do my best to work with you in a win/win scenario by offering a quality service at a reasonable price.  Whether you are interested in having a site created and maintained or you wish to be trained to care for your own site and put the control back in your own ballpark, it can be done. 

How it began:

Small but Mighty Productions (sbmprodos)  was originally created to serve the purebred dog community: Breeders, Exhibitors, Owners, Fanciers, Rescue groups by producing multimedia interactive productions that would educate, entertain and inform.  Within this community, I have worked successfully with clients to create attractive, easily navigated, functional, cost-effective websites that allow the general public and fellow purebred dog advocates the opportunity to view the contributions they have made to their Breed, Clubs, Families and Communities.  I have also worked diligently with private individuals to create pedigree databases that allow their friends and clients to study their lines regardless of the geological location. 

Where we are now here:

Increasingly, we have found our clients opening their own micro businesses (1-10 person operations) or retiring and wishing to promote their hobbies or community interests.  As in a snow ball effect, they, in turn, have kindly referred us to their friends and colleagues as a trusted source for personal, professional service. 

At sbmprodos, each client is a friend who, just like us, has dreams to fulfill and only needs direction not hand-holding at high prices.  You don't want hassles or to be sold a bill of goods that you don't need!  You want to be able to concentrate on what you do best - tell your story or promote your products.  We cannot guarantee your sales but we can help you create a solid foundation.  The rest is up to you. Where we are going:

It's exciting, whether in Atlantic Canada or around the globe, to talk with others about their plans for the future.  They may be modest operations to some but their impact can be profound to each life they touch.  There is no better feeling than hearing someone say "I've been looking for exactly what you are offering!" To be a small part of helping someone fulfill their dreams ia a great thrill and an awesome responsibility.
